摘    要:目的:血管再生已经成为治疗心脏搭桥手术不能完全缓解的严重冠状动脉疾病的新型治疗措施。本研究主要探讨中药黄芪、血管内皮生长因子载入修饰后的胶原促血管再生的疗效,并探求黄芪与生长因子有无协同作用。方法:以定量计数胶原周围微血管再生数量、胶原内血红蛋白含量、胶原干重、对胶原内血管生长的病理免疫组化标记等指标来考察黄芪对肝素修饰后胶原促血管再生的作用。结果:黄芪联合肝素修饰后的胶原能够产生与血管内皮生长因子相当的疗效,联合运用黄芪和血管内皮生长因子具有协同作用的趋势。结论:就血管再生疗效而言,黄芪在本胶原中可以替代或增加血管内皮生长因子的疗效。

Abstract:AIM:To investigate the effect of a Chinese herb Huangqi, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), or both agents on angiogenesis. METHODS: The number of capillaries in the vicinity of samples, the hemoglobin content inside the samples, the dry weight and the macroscopic observation were evaluated. RESULTS: Loading with Huangqi to the heparinized matrices had comparable angiogenic effects as loading with VEGF. Co-administration of Huangqi and VEGF tended to have a synergistic effect on angiogenesis. CONCLUSIONS: As far as the angiogenic potential is concerned, Huangqi might be considered as an alternative or addition agent to VEGF.
