窄蒂皮瓣移位在面部组织缺损的应用评价

摘    要:目的:探讨窄蒂皮瓣移位在面部组织缺损修复的价值。方法:采用带蒂邻近皮瓣,皮片移植,窄蒂侧颌颈皮瓣修复面部不同部位组织缺损,以其疗效进行观察评价。结果:临床治疗132例,带蒂邻近皮瓣移植46例,中厚皮移植68例,窄蒂侧颌以瓣移植18例。皮片移植1例部分坏死,邻近皮瓣移植远端皮瓣坏死。窄蒂皮瓣移植全部成活。结论:皮瓣、皮片移植修复面部组织缺损是一种常规的治疗手段,对面部形态和功能的改善,应选择最佳的修复方法是其治疗关键。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the value of the narrow pedicle flap in repairing facial defects.Methods:The proximal flap transposition,the skin grafting and the narrow pedicle lateral maxillocervical flap transposition were used to repair the defects of the face,and the effect was observed and compared.Results:One hundred thirty two patients were treated with these methods,in which 46 cases were treated with the proximal flap transposition(one flap showed distal necrosis),68 cases with the middle thick layer skin grafting(one case showed partial skin necrosis),and 18 cases with the narrow pedicle maxillocervical flap transposition(all flaps survived and the repaired facial appearance and function were superior to the other two methods).Conclusions:The flap transposition and the skin grafting are the routine methods in repairing facial defects,but the best repairing method should be selected for the improvement of the facial appearance and function.
