TURP与PKRP治疗老年良性前列腺增生的临床对比研究

摘    要:目的:对比分析经尿道前列腺电切术(transurethral resection of prostate,TURP)与经尿道双极等离子电切术(transurethral plasma kinetic resection of prostate,PKRP)治疗前列腺增生的效果。方法:将80例老年前列腺增生患者随机分成两组,其中对照组32例行TURP,治疗组48例行PKRP,对比两组患者的临床指标、症状改善评分和术后并发症情况。结果:所有患者的术后IPSS、QOL、Q-max均优于术前(P<0.05),且治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05);围手术期临床指标及术后并发症亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用PKRP治疗老年良性前列腺增生,能够有效缓解临床症状,减少并发症。

Abstract:Objective: To compare the effects of transurethral resection of prostate( TURP) and transurethral plasma kinetic resection of prostate( PKRP) on benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods: 80 cases of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into two groups,a control group of 32 cases were performed TURP method,48 cases were given PKRP procedure. Patients with clinical index,symptom score,postoperative complications were compared in2 groups. Results: All patients with postoperative IPSS,QOL,Q-max were higher than that before operation( P 0. 05),and the treatment group was better than control group( P 0. 05); perioperative period clinical indicators and postoperative complications were superior to that in control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Using bipolar plasmakinetic resection in treatment of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,reduce the complications.
