综合护理在老年人股骨颈骨折病例中的应用

目的:探讨老年人股骨颈骨折综合护理的应用价值。方法:将收治的76例老年股骨颈骨折的患者随机分为综合护理组41例和常规护理组35例,常规护理组给予常规护理,综合护理组在常规护理基础上增加心理护理、健康教育和预防并发症,比较两组的护理效果。结果:两组病例平均住院天数、护理满意度、术前心理问题及与护理有关的并发症等差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),综合护理效果明显优于常规护理。结论:对于老年人股骨颈骨折,综合护理是预防并发症、促进康复的有效护理措施。

Application of integrated care in the elderly with femoral neck fracture

Objective： To investigate the value of integrated care in the elderly femoral neck frac~ ture cases. Methods： 76 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly assigned to in- tegrated care group （n = 41 ） and general care group （n = 35）. In addition to general care,the in- tegrated care group included psychological nursing, health education and preventing complications. The nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results ： There were significant differences of the average hospitalization days, the satisfaction of trsing, preoperative psychological problems and complications related to nursing between the integrated care group and the other （P 〈 0.01 ）. The effect of integrated care is superior to general care. Conclusion ： For the elderly patients with fem- oral neck fractures, the integrated care is an effective nursing measure for the prevention of compli- cations and promotion of rehabilitation.
