布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童急性感染性喉炎的临床疗效观察

目的:探讨布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童急性感染性喉炎的方法及其临床疗效。方法:将2009年7月至2013年7月息县妇幼保健院儿科收治的103例急性感染性喉炎患儿随机分成对照组与观察组,除外抗感染、抗病毒、止咳、祛痰等常规治疗,对照组静脉滴注糖皮质激素地塞米松,观察组则采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,记录资料并作回顾性分析。结果:观察组在发热、声音嘶哑、咳嗽、呼吸困难持续时间以及住院时间方面均短于对照组,总有效率大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童急性感染性喉炎的临床疗效肯定,能够迅速缓解患儿症状,值得推广。

Clinical curative effect of budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with acute infectious laryngitis

Objective： To investigate the budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment method and its clinical curative effect of children with acute infectious laryngitis. Methods： 103 cases of acute infectious laryngitis from July 2009 to July 2013 in Maternal and Child Health Care of Xixian were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Routine treatment including anti-infection,antivirus,relieving cough,eliminating phlegm and other conventional treatment were performed on all of patients. Control group was given dexamethasone intravenous drip glucocorticoids and observation group with budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment. Recorded data were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Fever,duration of hoarseness,coughing,dyspnea,and length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than those in control group. Total effective rate was greater than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with acute infectious laryngitis is curative,can quickly alleviate symptoms of children,is worth promoting.
