休克引起低血压的中枢机制探讨

摘    要:家兔出血性休克或中毒性休克引起的低血压,均能被侧脑室内注入纳洛酮、酚妥拉明或肉桂硫胺所逆转。当中枢同时注入纳洛酮和酚妥拉明、纳洛酮和肉桂硫胺或酚妥拉明和肉桂硫胺后,作用强度不变,血压逆转的时间明显缩短,达到峰值时间也明显缩短。当中枢分别注入去甲肾上腺素、吗啡或5—羟色胺,使血压下降,可分别被纳洛酮或肉桂硫胺、酚妥拉明或肉桂硫胺、酚妥拉明或纳洛酮所逆转。提示:休克兔低血压的中枢反应原可能是多个,这些反应原最终都作用在同一个作用点上。这一共同作用点对上述三种阻断剂均敏感,它们的作用强度不能总和,但作用时间可以总和。

Abstract:It was observed in this experiment that hypotension caused either by haemorrhagic or toxic shock in rabbits could be reversed by injection of naloxone, phentolamine of cinanserine into the lateral ventricle of the brain. It was also noted that when naloxone and phentoamine, naloxone and cinanserine or phentolamine and cinanserine were injected together into the center, the intensity of their action remained unchanged, but the reversing time of the blood pressure and the time needed to reach the climax were obviously shortened. It was also noticed that when norepinephrine was injected into the center, this effect lowering the blood pressure could be reversed by naloxone or cinamserine. And. while morphine was injected into the center, its effect lowering the blood pressure could be reversed by phentolamine or cinanserine. And when hydroxytryptamine was injected into the center, the effect could be reversed by phentolamine or naloxone lowering the blood pressure. The results of these experiments suggested that the central reaction sources of hypotension occurring in rabbits with shock would be manifold, but act on the same point that was sensitive to the above-mentioned three blockers. Their action strength could not be put together, but their action time.
