65例人工髋关节置换术并发症分析

目的　分析人工髋关节置换术的并发症。方法与结果　 6 5例人工髋关节置换术后随访1～ 8年。 58例出现 10 9项并发症 ,以疼痛最多 (58例 ) ,假体松动 (2 6例 ) ,髋臼磨损 (9例 ) ,人工股骨头术后脱位 (3例 ) ,切口感染 (3例 ) ,关节周围骨化 (3例 ) ,及其它。结论　认为发生并发症的原因与手术操作、金属假体质量、患者个体差异等因素有关 ,并对防止或减少这些并发症提出一些手术经验和预防措施

Analysis on Complications of Artificial Hip Replacement in 65 Patients

Objective: To analyse the complications of artificial hip replacement Methods and Results: 65 cases after artificial hip replacement were followed up for 1 to 8 years Amomg them, 58 cases were occured 109 complications, i e pain in 58 cases, loosening of prosthesis 26 cases, wearing of acetabulum 9 cases, postoperative dislocation of artifical femoral head 3 cases, infection of incisional wound 3 cases, ossification around hip joint 3 cases, etc Conclusion: The occurrence of complication is related to the skill of operation, quality of metallic prosthesis, and individual differences of patients For decreasing and preventing from these complications, some operative experiences and preventive measures were offered.
