内毒素、一氧化氮、白细胞介素-6在肝硬化并原发性腹膜炎中的临床意义

目的探讨内毒素(LPS)、一氧化氮(NO)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)对肝损伤、肝硬化并原发性腹膜炎(SBP)的致病作用.方法检测34例SBP患者、30例腹水患者、33例无腹水患者的LPS、N0、IL-6水平,对比治疗前后的变化,并相互之间进行相关分析.结果 SBP患者的血清和腹水中上述三项指标水平显著高于腹水患者(P＜0.01),治疗后二组的血清水平均显著下降(P＜0.01),腹水患者血清中上述指标显著高于无腹水患者(P＜0.05),各组三项指标之间呈正相关(P＜0.01).结论 LPS、NO、IL-6参与了SBP的发生和发展.

Clinical Significance of Lipopolysaccharide, NitricOxide and Interlenkin-6 in Spontaneous Bacterial Peritonitis in Cirrhosis

Objective To study the roles of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) ,nitricOxide (NO), and interlcukin-6 (IL-6) in the pathagenetic effect on the liver dysfunction and spontanenus bacterial (SBP) of livercirrhosis. Methods Levels of LPS, NO and IL-6 in 34 cases with SBP, 30 cases with ascites and 33cases withliver cirrhosis were detected, those were compared before and after treatment and those were performedcorrelation analysis each other. Results The serum and ascites levels of LPS, NO and IL-6 in cases withSBP were significantly higher than them in cases with ascites (P<0.01), the serum levels of them in thesetwo groups were decreased significantly after treatment (P<0.01). The serum levels of them in cases withascites were significantly higher than them in cases with liver cirrhosis (P<0.05). Those correlated eachother in the such group (P<0.01). Conclusion LPS, NO and IL-6 take part in the occurrence and developmentof SBP.
