中药联合干扰素综合治疗尖锐湿疣50例

目的 :观察中药联合干扰素的抗病毒治疗效果及复发率。方法 :回顾分析经病理及免疫组化检查 (确诊主要依赖病理组织学检查和免疫组化技术 )确诊的尖锐湿疣 10 0例 ,其中采用中药联合干扰素并外用药物腐蚀剂尤脱欣涂点脱疣治疗 5 0例为综合组 ,另外单纯涂点三氯醋酸脱疣治疗 5 0例为对照组 ,两组疗效进行比较。结果 :治疗组治愈 5 0例 ,随访半年无复发 ;对照组治愈 4 8例 ,随访半年有 2 4例复发 ,复发率 4 8%。两组对比 ,综合组在尖锐湿疣瘤体脱落速度、复发率等方面与对照组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :使用中药联合干扰素综合治疗尖锐湿疣 ,较单纯局部治疗在瘤体脱落速度、预防宫颈传播、复发率等方面均具有明显优势。在不具备特殊仪器的单位开展治疗 ,简单价廉 ,方便易行。

50 Cases of Condyloma Acuminata Integratively treated by TCM and Interferon

Objective :To observe the curative effect resistant to virus and the rate of condyloma acuminata(CA),CA recurrence after using TCM combined with interferon. Methods :100 cases diagnosed with CA were reviewed and analyzed through tissular and chemical examination of pathology and immunity(the diagnosis was based on pathological tissue and immunity techniques).The treatment group consisted of 50 cases with CA who were treated by TCM combined with interferon as well as plastering the exterior cauterant of Podophyllotoxin Tincture.The other 50 cases with CA as the control group were treated by purely plastering trichloroacetic acid,then the two groups were compared. Results :The cases in the treatment group were all cured without any recurrent in half a year interview.While the 48 cases with CA in the control group were cured with the recurrence of 24 cases in half a year interview(the rate of CA recurrence was 48 percent).After the comparison,the control group was higher than the treatment group in the rate of CA recurrence and the speed of tumour removal. Conclusions :The different was made by using TCM combined with interferon to cure the cases with CA integratively in the recurrent,the rate of tumour removal and the prevention of uterocervical spreading of the disease,compared with simply partial treatment of CA cases.The treatment is simple,without special medical equipment.
