对介入性热疗安全温度的实验研究

 目的　研究 6 0℃的灌注液经肝动脉行灌注性热疗后 ,肝脏活检及肝功各项指标的变化情况 ,为临床灌注性热化疗提供安全数据。方法　经犬肝动脉灌注入 6 0℃生理盐水 2 0 0 ml,30分钟灌完。比较灌注前后肝脏穿刺活检及肝功的动态变化情况。结果　谷丙、谷草转氨酶于灌注后开始升高 ,之后逐渐恢复 ,一周后全部恢复正常 ,而胆红素、白蛋白、γ- GT则无明显变化。肝脏活检也呈可逆性变化。结论　经肝动脉 6 0℃灌注液介入性热疗对肝脏损伤轻微 ,临床应用此温度下的灌注性热化疗是安全的。

Experimental Study of Safe Temperature of Interventional Thermotherapy

Objective To evaluate the injury of interventional thermotherapyon Liver tissue at 60℃ throngh hepatic artery.Methods 200ml saline at 60℃ was perfused through hepatic artery in 30 minutes .Liver function and the biopsy of liver tissue were checked before and after perfusion .Results ALT, AST became abnormal after perfusion but recovered in a week, while BIL, ALB, γ-GT indicated no significant changes at all. The biopsy of liver tissue also showed reversible changes.Conclusion Interventional thermotherapy at 60℃ through hepatic artery results in minor injury on liver tissue, and it is safe in clinical application , too.
