摘    要:目的建立通过高温分解测定面粉中过氧化苯甲酰的高效液相色谱方法。方法不利用任何还原剂,确定合适的温度使过氧化苯甲酰自动还原,还原产物用高效液相色谱测定。结果在100℃下,加热45min,样品经提取后,测定过氧化苯甲酰的检测范围为0.025-0.5g/kg,回收率为80.00%-91.67%。结论该方法不添加还原剂,操作简单,干扰少,适合基层实验室大批量的测定工作。

Abstract: Objective ] To establish liquid chromatography for the determination of benzoyl peroxide in flour by means of pyrolysis. Methods ] Without using any reducing agent, proper temperature was ensured in order to actualize auto-reduction of benzoyl peroxide; high performance liquid chromatography was applied to determine the reduction outcome. Results ] The linear range was 0.025 - 0.5 g/kg and the recovery rate was 80% - 91.67% under the condition of 100℃ for 45 minutes. Conclusion] Without using reducing agent, this method is simple with little disturbance; it is applicable for mass determination in the basic laboratories.
