针刺足三里、关元穴对脓毒症大鼠胸腺细胞凋亡的影响

摘    要:目的 观察电针足三里、关元穴对脓毒症大鼠胸腺细胞凋亡的影响.方法 将大鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型组、针刺组.采用盲肠结扎穿孔(CLP)致腹腔感染脓毒症模型,应用流式细胞仪以Annexin-PI双染色法及光镜、透射电镜观察CLP致腹腔感染后36h胸腺淋巴细胞的凋亡情况,应用放射免疫法测定脑垂体和外周血血管活性肠肽(VIP)含量的变化.结果 CLP致腹腔感染可导致胸腺细胞凋亡增多,电镜和光镜显示其典型的形态学特征,模型组、针刺组的胸腺细胞凋亡率高于正常对照组;而针刺组的胸腺细胞凋亡率低于模型组.CLP致腹腔感染后脑垂体和外周血中VIP含量下降,模型组、针刺组脑垂体VIP含量低于正常对照组;而针刺组脑垂体VIF-含量高于模型组.模型组、针刺组外周血中VIP含量低于正常对照组;而针刺组外周血中VIP含量高于模型组.结论 电针足三里、关元穴可以减轻CLP致腹腔感染脓毒症大鼠胸腺细胞凋亡,其机理可能与VIP的合成和释放增多有关,并通过这些免疫递质对神经-内分泌-免疫调节网络发挥作用.
