| 摘 要： | 目的:观察改良逆行撕剥术联合自体结膜瓣移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法:通过对49例56眼行改良逆行撕剥术联合自体结膜瓣移植治疗,手术后随访12mo。结果:随访期间56眼中2眼复发。结论:改良逆行撕剥术联合自体结膜瓣移植具有操作简单、疗效可靠、复发率低的特点,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | AIM:To observe the clinical effects of improved retrograde dilaceratetion combined with autograft of conjunctival flap for the treatment of pterygium.·METHODS:Forty-nine patients(56 eyes) with pterygium were treated by improved retrograde dilaceratetion combined with autograft of conjunctival flap,and were followed up for 12 months after operation.·RESULTS:Two eyes of the 56 eyes relapsed during follow-up phase. ·CONCLUSION:The allied therapy for pterygium with improved retrograde dilaceratetion and autograft of conjunctival flap seems to be simple,safe and effective. |
