TINI形状记忆合金内固定治疗骨折体会

目的　总结TINI形状记忆合金内固定治疗各类骨折有关临床问题。方法　对 3 6例应用TINI形状记忆合金治疗的各类骨折资料进行回顾分析。结果　 3 6例均获得 3～ 8个月的随访 ,除 1例内固定髌骨爪未紧贴髌骨 ,有轻度浮起现象外 ,其余 3 5例记忆合金板紧贴骨干 ,且骨折对位、对线良好 ,无移位、成角、分离等现象。结论　TINI形状记忆合金内固定治疗各类骨折 ,生物相容性好、操作方便、手术损伤小、固定牢固、利于骨折愈合 ,治疗效果好

Experience of Fracture Treatment on Internal Fixation with TINI-Shaped Memory Alloy

Objective To summarize clinical materials about the internal fixation treatment of various fractures with TINI-shaped memory alloy. Methods Materials of 36 cases about the internal fixation treatment of fractures with TINI shape memory alloy were retrospectively analyzed.Results According to 3～8 months' follow-up, all the memory alloy plates clung to diaphyses closely in all the cases with good paraposition or alignment, except in one case in which the claw of the plate did not cling to its patella so as to heave slightly. Conclusion TINI-shaped memory alloy is fit to be used for the treatment of various fractures because of its good biological compatibility, convenient process, small injury, locked-in fixation, benefit to fracture healing, as well as fantastic therapeutic effect.
