150名社区妇女乳腺知识知晓率分析

目的了解本社区妇女乳腺知识知晓率自查情况，开展有针对性的健康教育干预，提高妇女自我保健意识。方法随机抽取本社区内某居委中150名30～65岁妇女作为研究对象，开展乳腺相关知识培训教育6个月，然后作干预前、后的问卷调查及效果评价。结果研究对象的知识的自查各项乳腺知晓率（包括定期自查重要性、自查最佳时间等）在健康教育干预前、后的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；定期乳腺自查率干预前、后分别由3.33％提高至38．67％，两者间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论健康教育干预是提高乳腺知识知晓率的有效措施；需要建立良好的健康服务模式，开展积极有效的健康教育，做好乳腺癌的二级预防。

Analysis on knowing rate of breast self-examination of 150 women in community

Objective To Understand the situation of breast self-examination and the knowing rate about it of the women in community, then to launch corresponding health education and intervention in order to enhance the consciousness of self-heahh care of women. Method 150 women who accepted knowledge training about breast self-examination for 6 months were randomly selected from certain neighborhood committee, aged 30 to 65, and they were investigated with questionnaires before and after the intervention and evaluated at last. Results There was obvious statistics difference （P〈0.01） between before and after the intervention of knowing rate of each item of knowledge about breast self-examination （including importance of periodical self-examination, the best time to self-examination）. The rate of self-examination of objects was 3.33% and 38. 67% before and after the intervention, there was obvious statistics difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Health education and intervention were effective measures to raise the knowing rate of knowledge about breast self-examination. Therefore, irs necessary to establish good health service models and develop positive and effective health education to do well of secondary prevention from breast cancer.
