骨髓病理检查在贫血诊断中的价值

目的:通过对贫血患者的骨髓病理观察,探讨其病理改变在临床诊断中的价值.方法:用骨髓环钻法获取骨髓组织,采用常规包埋切片染色后,观察骨髓病理结构.结果:再障患者的骨髓病理为严重的骨髓脂肪变,急性白血病的骨髓病理为骨髓的正常结构消失,包括骨小梁的结构均被大量白血病细胞侵润替代.而溶血性贫血和缺铁性贫血骨髓病理为增生活跃,造血组织面积增多.结论:骨髓病理检查在贫血的诊断特别是再生障碍性贫血的诊断中具有重要意义.

The Evaluation of Trephine Biopsy in diagnosis Anemia

Objective:To explore the evaluation of trephine biopsy on diagnosis in anemia.Methods:Posterior iliac crest trephine biopsy in every patient who need do bone marrow aspired test,and observe the pathology changes in bone marrow.Results:Trephine biopsy shows in aplastic anemia the haemopoietic tissue replacement by fat tissue,in acute leukemia the bone marrow tissue is disappear and replaced by a marked proliferation of leukaemic blast cell,and in hemolytic anemia and iron deficiency anemia over 50%of the intertrabecular tissue is haemopoietic tissue proliferation.Conclusions:Bone marrow biopsy acts an important role in diagnosis of blood disease especially in aplastic anemia.
