| 摘 要： | 目的观察生蜂蜜治疗难愈创面的临床效果。方法对67例各种不同类型的难愈创面在常规换药效果不明显后应用生蜂蜜敷料换药，以常规换药方法为对照，观察创面坏死组织溶解情况，肉芽生长情况，创周炎症反应及上皮扩张情况。结果使用生蜂蜜敷料换药后，在不同的创面类型均观察到清除坏死组织、控制感染、促进肉芽生长及创周上皮扩张效果。结论蜂蜜可能通过控制创面感染、清除坏死组织、促进肉芽组织和上皮细胞生长等多条途径促进创面愈合。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of honey on hard-healing wounds. Methods Changing dressings with honey were made on the different kinds of hard-healing wounds in 67 cases when routine dressing changes led to no obvious improvement of the wounds; the dissolving of necrotic tissues, the growth of granulation tissues, the peri-wound inflammatory response and epithelial expansion were observed.
