| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨病程与糖尿病神经并发症之间的关系。方法：按病程分组，进行了体感诱发电位检测，观察不同病程组糖尿病神经病变的发生率。结果：糖尿病神经病变的发生率为78％：患者病程越长，神经病变的发生率越高（组间比较P＜0．001）。结论：糖尿病神经病变的发生率与病程有密切关系。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the relationship between the course of diabetes and the diabetic neuropathy Methods: The diabetic neuropathy was examined by the method of somatosensory evoked potential in the every course of the groups Results: The incidence rate of the diabetic neuropathy was 78% The longer the course of diabetes was, the higher the incidence rate of the diabetes neuropathy was(P<0 001) Conclusion: There is close relationship between the course of diabetes mellitus and diabetic neuropthy |
