| 摘 要： | 本研究采用单克隆抗体双夹心—ELISA法,检测猪旋毛虫循环抗原(Circulating antigen,CA),并结合病原学检查,以进一步验证CA阳性对猪旋毛虫病的确诊价值。应用该法对43头份旋毛虫抗体阳性血清检测,CA阳性率为72.1％(31/43),31例CA阳性标本中,宰后病原学检查有22例发现旋毛虫包囊或尚未形成包囊的幼虫。ELISA—CA检测与病原学检查的阳性符合率达71.0％(22/31)。

| Abstract: | In the present study,a trial was made to evaluate the value of positive-circlating antigen (CA)for diag-sosis of swine trichinosis. To the swine which positive-CA in sera , through meat inspection and examined for 'he presence of larve by direct microscopic examination. The results indicated that,CA. detection is a more sensitive diagnostic method than that of post-mortem inspection for swine trichinosis. Also .antigen detection might be a useful confirmatory test because it is a direct demonstration of parasite products in the circulation. |
