摘    要:目的:分析斯氏肺吸虫幼虫和成虫排泄分泌抗原(ES-Ag)的分子生物学特性,有利于提高免疫诊断方法的敏感性和特异性。方法:采用SDS-PAGE分析斯氏肺吸虫幼虫和成虫排泄分泌抗原。结果:斯氏肺吸虫幼虫排泄分泌抗原在24-60KD之间可见4条显色带,其中24KD为主带,成虫排泄分泌抗原在20-60KD之间可见5条显色带,其中20KD和32KD为主带。结论:斯氏肺吸虫幼虫和成虫排泄分泌抗原共有的主要区带为20KD。

Abstract:Objective: To analyse the excretory-secretory antigens of Pagumogonimus Skrjabini Pre-adult and adult worms.Methods:By SDS-PAGE. Results: The excretory-secretory antigens of P. skrjabini pre-adult worms were separated into 4 bands between 24KD and 60KD, with 24KD being the main components. 5 bands between 20KD and 60KD were separated from the ES-Ag of adult worms of P.skrjabini, with 20KD and 32KD being the main components. Conclusion: The results indicate that 20KD components are the common components in pre-adult worm soluble antigens and excretory-secretory antigens of adult worms of P.skrjabini.
