肾癌并发下腔静脉癌栓的诊断与治疗

目的：提高对肾癌并发下腔静脉癌栓的诊断及治疗经验。方法：分析8例肾癌并发下腔静脉癌栓的诊断方法及治疗措施。结果：术前已明确诊断6例，8例均经手术治疗，1例术中死亡，余7例手术成功。结论：手术切除肾癌并取出癌栓是目前有望治愈的方法之一，手术方式的选择取决于癌栓的大小及部位。手术风险大、难度大，必须警惕癌栓的脱落。

Diagnosis and treatment of renal cell carcinoma with inferior vena cava extension (Reports 8 cases)

Purpose:To improve the experience of diagnosis and treatment of renal cell carcinoma with inferior vena cava extension.Method:8 cases of renal cell carcinoma with inferior vena cava extension were reviewed for the diagnosis and treatment. Result:Diagnosis was made in 6 cases preoperatively, the operations were performed for all 8 patients with 7 successes except one death during the operation. Conclusions:Successful radical nephrectomy plus tumor thrombus removing guarantee the only chance for cure, operative approach depends on the size and location of the tumor thrombus. During the operation which is dangerous and hard, one must take precautions against the shedding of the tumor thrombus.
