路志正教授从脾胃论治反复感冒经验

笔者检索近年文献发现,当前临床治疗反复感冒多从虚立论,责之肺脾肾三脏不足使卫气不和、无以卫外引发。路志正教授注重从脾胃论治本证,认为土不生金非皆因虚,亦可由中焦虚实兼夹．寒热错杂,枢机不利所致。对青壮年之本证患者,更应注意有否脾胃不和的情况。饮食不节,上中焦郁热,炅则腠理开;脾胃寒湿,与外界风寒同气相求,以内外相引;情志不畅,木郁克土,脾运失健,不能散精于肺。此三种情况皆可导致反复感冒。最后附验案2则以资说明。

Professor LU Zhi-Zheng'S Experience to Treat Recur Common Cold Through Spleen-Stomach

Though referring to literature recent years, it is shows that physicians are accustomed to treat recur cold through deficiency of lung,stomach and kidney,which result in disorder of defensive QI. Professor LU Zhi-zheng emphasize spleen and stomach in treating this symptom-complex. Beside deficiency,inability of earth to generate metal result from mixed excess and deficiency in middle warmer, interlace of cold and heat,dysfunction of acting as a pivot, especially to the young and prime of life.Eating and drinking without temperance, heat retention in upper and middle warmer usually reduce "heat make striae of the skin open"; cold wetness in spleen and stomach result in invasion of outside wind cold.Discordance emotion reduce hepatic qi stagnation then offend earth, spleen dysfunction cause disability of transporting essence of water and grain to lung. All of above could induce recur common cold. Two effective cases act as certification in the end.
