| 摘 要： | 本文报告江苏扬州地区一只猫同时自然感染３条雌性龙线虫并对虫体形态进行了观察。１号虫大小为９３．５０×０．１５ｃｍ，２号虫大小为８８．９０×０．１３ｃｍ，３号虫仅存２个片段，共计长为２７．８０ｃｍ，宽度为０．１２ｃｍ。在虫体头部、中部和尾部各取生殖管内容物涂片镜检。于中部内容物中见有许多第一期幼虫（杆状蚴），其平均大小为６２６．９０×１８μｍ，而头部和尾部内容物中，除见少量杆状蚴外，大量的是胚卵、胚蚴和未成熟杆状蚴。虫体经形态学鉴定，３条成虫均为雌性麦地那龙线虫

| Abstract: | The two in tact and one non intact femal specimens of Dracunculus medinemsis were collected from a cat in Yangzhou China and the morphology of the worms was described.The measurements of the three worms were 93 50cm by 0 15cm,88 9cm by 0 13cm and 27 8cm by 0 12cm respectively.The Contents from different part of uterus were examine with microscope and a lot of mature first stage larvae,measured 626 90μm long and 18 0μm wide,were found in the middle of body.At the anterior and posterior end,many eggs embryonated,embroyomorphous larvae and immature first stage larvae were found besides a few mature first stage larvae. |
