日本血吸虫单克隆抗独特型抗体NP30诱导抗卵免疫的研究

摘    要:目的观察日本血吸虫单克隆抗独特型抗体NP30对日本血吸虫雌虫生殖产卵及卵胚发育的影响。方法腹腔注射NP30主动免疫C57BL/6小鼠,连续3次,对照组腹腔注射SP2/0腹水。结果尾蚴攻击感染后第27天,NP30免疫组肝组织内虫卵数下降了30.91%,雌虫子宫内虫卵数减少了38.55%。尾蚴攻击感染后第39天,NP30免疫组肝组织内的成熟虫卵下降了66.63%,死亡虫卵增加了60.66%。结论NP30主动免疫小鼠具有抗雌虫生殖产卵和抗卵胚发育的双重功效,为一很有希望的血吸虫病抗病疫苗候选分子

Abstract:Aim To observe the effects of anti fecundity and anti embryonation immunity of anti idiotypic monoclonal antibody NP30 of S.japonicum on female adult worm.Methods C57BL/6 mice were immunized actively by injecting NP30 intraperitoneally for three times.The control group was injected SP2/0 ascites intraperitoneally.Results On the twenty seventh day after challenge infection,the number of eggs in liver tissue of the group immunized with NP30 was decreased 30 91% and the number of eggs in uterus was also decreased 38 55%.On the thirty nineth day after challenge,the number of mature eggs in liver tissue of the group immunized with NP30 was decreased 66 63% and the number of necrotic eggs was increased 60 66%.Conclusion NP30,with which mice were immunized actively,possesses double effects of anti fecundity and anti embryonation immunity on female adult worm of S.japonicum.NP30 might be regarded as the candidate anti pathologic vaccine molecule against schistosomiasis.
