囊尾蚴病一氧化氮免疫机制的临床研究

为了研究一氧化氮（ＮＯ）在抗囊免疫机制中的作用及其与临床症状轻重的关系，本文观察了３５例皮肌型或混合型囊尾蚴病病人的囊节数目与其血清中ＮＯ水平的关系，分别用Ｇｒｉｅｅｓ法和ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测其血清中的ＮＯ水平和特异性ＩｇＧ（ＩｇＧ＃）含量，并将两组数据作相关性分析，发现该病病人的皮下囊节数目与血清中ＮＯ水平有关，病人血清中ＮＯ水平与ＩｇＧ＃含量呈正相关，病人血清中ＮＯ水平和特异性ＩｇＧ水平明显高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０５）。由此可推测该病病人血清中ＮＯ值是反映其免疫反应强弱和临床症状轻重的一个指标，对该病的诊断和治疗具有一定的指导意义

CLINICAL STUDY OF NITRIC OXIDE(NO) IMMUNO-MECHANISM OF CYSTICERCOSIS

This paper is for a study of the relation of NO effection in anti cysticercosis mechanism with clinical symptoms.We examed the serum NO level and special IgG(IgG#) content with Griees and ELISA,and obsered the relation of tubercel number of 35 cases patients of cutaneous muscle cysticercosis of cerebral cysticercosis with serum NO level.By interrelated analysis with the data,the results showed it has a relation between the tubercel number in cutaneous and serum NO level,it is positive correlation between serum NO level and IgG# content,it is singnificantly highter the serum NO level and special IgG# of patients with cysticercosis than normal human(P<0 05).It suggested serum NO value can be as a measure of the intensity and weak of immuno reaction and light and heavy o clinical symptom.Thus it is very important for clinical diagnosis and therapy.
