摘    要:用在犬病毒CVS株鼠脑感染BSR,BHK和MNA细胞,建立了不同的持续感染狂犬病毒的细胞株(PIRVC)实验表明,不同的PIRVC均经历了一个急性感染期和一个慢性感染期,在急性感染期,释放到上清的病毒滴度经过了一段高振幅的周期性上下波动后,大量细胞脱落,由少数贴壁细胞生长成片,从而进入一个慢性感染期,这一时期释放到上清病毒滴度的波动幅度急剧下降直至丧失,同时对PIRVC急性期病毒增殖特性进行了动态

Abstract:Different cell lines persistently infected with rabies virus (PIRVC) were established by inoculating CVSstrain virus from the brain of mice into BSR, BHK and MNA Cells. The experimentaI results showed that different PIRVCswere established with a period of acute infection and a period of chronic infection- the titers of released infection virus rose andfellcyclically with high fiuctuation in the former period. It was the beginning of the chronic infection when surviving cells weresubculture to form monolayer and the titers of released infection virus sharply dropped down during this period. The charac-teristics of growth danamics of is useful to recognize and utilize PlRVCs-
