| 摘 要： | 目的 研究弥漫性轴索损伤的ＭＲＩ特征。方法 本文收集临床确诊的ＤＡＩ共３５例，均作了常规ＭＲＩ检查。结果 ３５例中共发现７２个病灶，其中包括大脑白质４０灶，小脑２灶，基底节区２灶，胼胝体１２灶，大脑脚１２灶，脑桥２灶，延髓２灶。ＭＲＩ征象为Ｔ１ＷＩ小片状或条状低信号；Ｔ２ＷＩ为高信号。结论 ＭＲＩ对评价ＤＡＩ很有价值，Ｔ２ＷＩ尤为重要。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the MRI features of diffuse axonal injury. Methods 35 cases of DAI were reported,the MRI examination were made in all of 35 cases. Results Totally 72 lesions were found in 35 cases. In which there were 40 lesions in cerebral white matter,3 in cerebellum,12 in cerebral peduncle,2 in pons,2 in medulla oblongata.The features were patchy or cord like,slightly hypointense signal in T 1WI,and hyperintense signal in T 2WI. Conclusion MRI has great value in assement of DAI T 2WI was important in the diagnosis of DAI. |
