| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨循证护理对老年结肠癌患者生活质量和满意度的影响。方法:按入院顺序将100例拟行手术治疗老年结肠癌患者分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采用结肠癌围术期常规护理,观察组采用循证护理,比较两组护理后的生活质量和满意度。结果:观察组SF-36量表各项生活质量评分与患者满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理有利于改善老年结肠癌患者的生活质量,提高护理质量满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the impact of the evidence based nursing care on the quality of life and the contentment of elderly patients with colon cancer.Methods: 100 elderly colon cancer patients who would undergo operation were divided into an observation group and a control group(50 cases in each group) according to the order of admission.The routine perioperative nursing care was given to the patients in the control group and the evidence-based nursing care was implemented in the observation group,the quality of life and the contentment of the patients were compared between the two groups after nursing care.Results: The score of quality of life of SF-36 scale and patient contentment were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The evidence-based nursing care can effectively improve the quality of life of elderly patients with colon cancer and their contentment with nursing care. |
