老年门诊患者就诊服务需求调查与分析

目的:调查并分析老年门诊患者就诊服务需求,为更好地为患者服务、提高医疗服务质量提供参考依据。方法:2011年4月以问卷方式调查181例老年门诊患者对就诊服务的需求,包括医生职称、多学科会诊、一站式服务、病例建档、随访及护士诊前就医咨询、诊后检查指导、随访等项目。结果:对医生职称的主要需求是高职人员(93.9%);对专科、专病医生的需求达91.7%;对需多学科会诊所占比例为43.1%;对一站式服务的需求达到96.7%,且对高职(57.5%)、专科专病医生(33.1%)的需求所占比例较高;对病例建档和随访的需求分别占96.1%和80.1%;对护士诊前就医咨询、诊后检查指导、随访的需求为95.0%。结论:老年门诊患者对高职、专科、专病医生需求较高,更需要一站式服务、能够建档及随访,更希望护士给予导诊、咨询。

Investigation and analysis of the demand for medical service in the geriatric outpatient department

Objective:To investigate and analyze the demand for medical service in the geriatric outpatient department in order to provide reference and basis for supplying better services for patients and improve the quality of medical services.Methods:The questionnaire survey was conducted in April 2011 to investigate 181 elderly patients on the demand for medical service in the geriatric outpatient department,including doctor’s professional ranks and titles,multidisciplinary consultation,one-stop service,filing of case,medical consultation and guidance on examination and treatment and follow-up.Results:The demand for doctor’s professional ranks and titles was 93.9%;for specialist was 91.7%;for multidisciplinary consultation 43.1%;for one-stop service was 96.7%;for doctor’s professional ranks and titles was 57.5% and for specialist 33.1%;for filing of case and follow-up were respectively 96.1% and 80.1%;for medical consultation and guidance and follow-up provided by nurses before examination and after treatment were 95.0%.Conclusion:The elderly patients have more demands for doctors in high professional ranks and titles,specialist,one-stop services,filing of case and follow-up in the geriatric outpatient department,they also hope to get more consultation and guidance given by nurses before examination and treatment.
