护理人员工作倦怠状况及其影响因素

目的:了解护理工作人员的倦怠现状,分析其相关影响因素。方法:采用整群分层随机抽样方法选取聊城市1、2、3级医院护士作为调查对象,通过发放工作倦怠调查问卷的形式调查其工作倦怠状况,分析其影响因素。结果:医院护士所面临的职业压力较多,尤其是来自人际关系和职业发展方面的压力,同时表现出一定程度的工作倦怠,其中情感衰竭和低成就感较为严重;聊城市级医院护士的人格特征与工作倦怠之间存在相关性。结论:医院护士的工作倦怠程度较重,应引起我们的高度重视。

Current situation of nursing staff's job burnout and its influencing factors

Objective: To learn about the current situation of nursing staff’s job burnout and analyze its influencing factors.Methods: The nurses selected respectively from grade I,II and III hospital in Liaocheng municipality by using stratified cluster random sampling method were taken as investigation object and the Job Burnout Questionnaire was used to conduct a survey on the current situation of job burnout and analyze its influencing factors.Results: The hospital nurses were facing more occupational pressure,especially the pressure of interpersonal relationship and development in career.The job burnout like emotional exhaustion and low sense of achievement was relatively serious;the nurse’s personality was significantly correlated with job burnout in the nurses of Liaocheng municipal hospital.Conclusion: The current situation of job burnout of hospital nurses is serious,therefore we should pay more attention to it.
