时辰化疗对胃肠道肿瘤术后患者毒副反应的影响

目的:探讨胃肠道肿瘤术后时辰化疗和常规时间化疗引起毒副反应的差异及护理方法。方法:将120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,两组用药剂量、治疗周期均相同。观察组根据抗肿瘤药物血药浓度高峰制订用药时间,对照组采用常规时间化疗。观察两组化疗后出现的毒副反应类型及程度,并采取相应护理措施。结果:两组患者均能耐受化疗的毒副反应,顺利完成化疗周期,但观察组各种类型和程度的毒副反应发生例数均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:时辰化疗方法具有毒副反应轻、毒性低等优点,有效、正确、及时的护理干预对患者顺利完成时辰化疗有促进作用。

Effect of chronochemotherapy on toxic and side effects of patients with gastrointestinal cancer after surgery

Objective:To investigate the differences of toxic and side effects induced respectively by the chronochemotherapy and conventional chemotherapy after the surgery for gastrointestinal cancer and nursing methods.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group(60 cases in each group).The dosage and treatment cycle are the same in the two groups.The administration time was formulated according to blood concentration peak of antitumor drug in the observation group and the conventional chemotherapy was used in the control group.The type and degree of toxic and side effects occurred after chemotherapy were observed in both groups and the corresponding nursing measures were implemented.Results:The patients in both groups could tolerate the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy and successfully completed the chemotherapy cycle,but the various types and levels of toxic and side effects were significantly fewer and lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The chronochemotherapy method has the advantages of low side effects and toxicity,the effective,correct and timely nursing intervention has the promotion effect on the patient’s successful completion of chemotherapy after surgery.
