家庭干预治疗对精神分裂症患者康复的影响

目的:探讨家庭干预治疗对精神分裂症患者康复的影响.方法:将68例精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组32例和对照组36例,对照组给予常规药物治疗,研究组在此基础上给予家庭干预治疗.采用社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、阳性症状量表(SAPS)、阴性症状量表(SANS)及Morningside康复量表(MRSS)评估比较两组干预效果.结果:干预1年后研究组患者各指标分值及复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:家庭干预治疗有助于精神分裂症患者控制疾病及恢复社会功能,降低复发率.

Effect of family intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia

Objective:To investigate the effect of family intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:68 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into a study group(n=32) and a control group(n=36).The patients were given conventional medication in the control group and family intervention was additionally implemented in the study group.The social disability screening scale(SDSS),scale for assessment of positive symptoms(SAPS),scale for assessment of negative symptoms(SANS) and Morningside recovery scale(MRSS) were used to assess and compare the intervention effect between the two groups.Results:After the intervention for one year,the value of each index of the patients and the recurrence rate were lower in the study group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The family intervention is conducive to the control of disease and the restoration of social function of patients with schizophrenia so as to decrease the recurrence rate.
