| 摘 要： | 血友病（hemophilia）是一组由于凝血因子Ⅷ、Ⅸ（FⅧ、FⅨ）基因缺陷致血浆中FⅧ或FⅨ含量不足或功能缺陷，引起凝血障碍而出血的疾病。包括血友病A（hemophilia A，HA）和血友病B（hemophilia B，HB），是临床较常见的遗传性出血性疾病，约占先天性出血性疾病的85％。
