AR与cyclinD1、p16在喉鳞癌发病中作用及其相互关系

摘    要:目的:探讨雄激素受体(AR)与细胞周期蛋白D1(cyclinD1)、p16基因三者在喉鳞癌中的作用及相互关系。 方法: 应用AR、cyclinD1、p16单克隆抗体,通过免疫组化S-P法检测44例喉鳞癌和11例癌旁组织中的AR、cyclinD1、p16的表达。 结果: AR、cyclinD1、p16在喉鳞癌上皮组织中阳性表达分别是68.2%,56.8%,52.3%,与癌旁正常组织对照,两者差异有显著性(P <0.05),AR与cyclinD1的表达呈正相关,同样cyclinD1与p16的表达呈正相关,而AR与p16之间无相关性,同时发现AR、cyclinD1、p16的阳性表达与临床及病理分级无相关性(P >0.05)。结论:AR、cyclinD1、p16蛋白阳性表达在喉鳞癌的发生和发展中起重要作用。AR在喉鳞癌上皮细胞的阳性表达可作为诊断喉鳞癌的辅助指标。

Abstract:Objective: In order to explicate the effect of AR, cyclinD1, p16 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and their relation between each other. Methods:The expressions of AR., cyclinD1 and p16 in 44 specimens of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 11specimens of normal tissue adjacent to tumors were studied immunohistochemically. Results: The positive rate of AR, cyclinD1, p16 in tumors was 68.2%. 56.8%, 52.3%. But only one or two of eleven normal tissues adjacent to tumors expressed AR, cyclinD1, p16. There was statistical correlation between laryngeal carcinoma and normal tissues adjacent to tumors (P <0.05); The positive expression of AR, cyclinD1, p16 protein expression rate did not correlate with sex, age position, TNM staging , differentiation grading and lymph node metastasis of the tumors(P < 0.05). There were positive correlation between AR and cyclinD1 (P >0.05), cyclinD1 and p16 (P <0.05), no correlation between AR and p16. Conclusion: The expression of AR, cyclinD1 and p16 protein might play an important role in the oncogenesis and development of LSCC.The expression of AR protein on epithelial cells of the tumors may be a new indicator of diagnosis of LSCC.
