| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨环磷酸腺苷葡甲胺(MAC)治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 选择各种原因所致的充血性心力衰竭患者67例,在常规利尿和扩血管药物治疗的基础,给予MAC静点,14天为1疗程,于用药前后观察临床表现、超声心动图测得的心功能指标的变化。结果 MAC能使充血性心力衰竭患者的心功能明显改善,显效率为58.2％,总有效率为95.5％。结论 MAC是治疗充血性心力衰竭尤其是禁用洋地黄、洋地黄效果欠佳或心衰合并缓慢性心律失常患者的有效药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of meglumine Cyclo-adenylate (MAC) on congestive heart failure. Methods 67 cases were treated by MAC iv,gtt,14 days and routine treatment by duretics and peripheral angiolenes. Results Total rate of improvement of congestive heart failure effective rate 58. 2%. Total effective rate 95. 5%. Conclusion MAC is an effective drug in the treatment of congestive heart failure,especially for the case that cannot be treated by digitoxin,effect for digitoxin is not obvious or who have heart failure with chronic arrhythmia. |
