| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急症宫颈环扎术对妊娠中、晚期宫颈机能不全的治疗效果及影响因素。方法对2007年1月至2009年12月收治的妊娠中、晚期行急症宫颈环扎术20例进行回顾分析。结果20例急症宫颈环扎术患者平均保胎（59．73±12．48）d，有17例（85％）孕妇获得存活新生儿。结论急症宫颈环扎术可延长孕周，改善妊娠结局。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the influence factors and the effects of urgent cervical cerclage on the treatment of cervical incompetence in second and third trimester. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 20 ca- ses of cervical incompetence which were performed urgent cervical cerclage from Jan 2007 to Dee 2009. Results Urgent cervical cerclage prolonged gestation of 59. 73 ± 12. 48 days in 20 cases. The neonatal survival rate was 85%. Conclusion Urgent cervical cerclage can prolong gestational age, improve the pregnancy outcome. |
