351例鼻窦炎鼻息肉内窥镜手术的临床分析

目的:回顾分析鼻内窥手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的疗效及影响因素。方法:总结351例慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者使用鼻内镜手术治疗的疗效,并发症及围手术期治疗。结果:该组病例治愈率75.2%,总有效率92.3%,无效7.7%。结论:正确的手术操作,术后规范化换药以及适当激素使用是影响鼻内镜手术后疗效的主要因素。

Clinical Analysis of 351 Case Undergoing Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

Objective:To analyse retrospectively the efficacy and relavant factor in the treatment by functional endoscopic surgery for patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods:Three-hundred and fifty-one patients having nasal sinusitis and polyps were summerized in the carative efect,complication,and perioperative treatment after operation.Results:The cure rate was 75.2%,the effective rate 92.3%,and the ineffection rate 7.7%.Conclusions:The main factors affecting the results of enoloscopic surgery were follows:correct operation,regularly follow-up and suitable medjcations.
