痛风宁颗粒对试验性鸡痛风血尿酸代谢的影响

摘    要:为了探讨痛风宁颗粒对血尿酸代谢异常的调节作用。采用 10 0日龄蛋鸡 ,在产蛋日龄前喂以产蛋高峰期的高核蛋白、高钙的饲料 ,并限制进水量 ,诱发鸡痛风病 ,并以别嘌呤醇、丙磺舒、小苏打、舒风宁作为对照药 ,对比观察痛风宁颗粒对鸡痛风病血尿酸代谢的影响。痛风宁用药后 ,病鸡的血尿酸值显著下降 ,粪便尿酸排泄量升高 ,其降血尿酸作用与小苏打、丙磺舒、别嘌呤醇相当 ,促尿酸排泄作用与小苏打、丙磺舒相近。表明痛风宁对血尿酸的控制既通过抑制尿酸生成又通过促进尿酸排泄

Abstract:Objective :To investigate the effect of Tongfengning granule on influencing the uric acid metabolism in hen. Methods: Hens which were 100 days old were fed on forage containing high nucleoprotein, high calcium and limited water before producing egg. Allopurinol, probenecid, sodium bicarbonate and colchicines were used as the control medicine to observe the influence on the blood uric acid metabolism in hen. Results: The blood uric acid decreased obviously after Tongfengning were given. The effect of Tongfengning for decreasing the blood uric acid is similar to allopurinol, probenecid and baking soda and the effect for promoting the excretion of the uric acid is similar to probenecid and baking soda. Conclusion: The granule of Tongfengning can control the blood uric acid both by restraining the production of uric acid and promoting its excretion.
