南京市中小学生膳食与营养状况调查

摘    要:目的了解南京市中小学生膳食与营养状况,为开展学生营养干预提供依据。方法对南京市1659名中小学生进行调查,膳食状况采用24h膳食回顾法,同时测量身高、体重,使用BMI指数进行营养状况评价;用氰化高铁法测定血红蛋白含量。结果南京市中小学生能量、钙和维生素C的摄入量不足,蛋白质、尼克酸、维生素E、铁、磷、钾、硒和铜的摄人较高。肥胖、超重检出率均高于全国城市学生平均水平,男生肥胖、超重检出率高于女生;贫血患病率高于全国城市学生平均水平,小学生贫血患病率高于中学生。结论南京市中小学生膳食和营养状况不容乐观,小学生情况尤为严峻,应加强中小学生膳食和营养状况的监测,改善学生的营养状况。

Abstract:Objective To study dietary and nutritional status of students in Nanjing,and to provide evidence for students' nutritional interventions.Methods The methods of 24 Hour Dietary Recall,BMI and clinic assessment were conducted to assess diatary status,nutritinal status and content of Hb respectively.Among 1 659 primary and secondary school students in Nanjing.Results The daily intakes were deficient in energy,calcium and vitamin C,while the intakes of protein,nicotinic acid,vitamin E,Fe,P,K,Se and Cu were adequate.The prevalence rates of obesity and overweight were higher than the average of Chinese urban students,and rates of males were higher than females.The prevalence of anemia was higher than the average of Chinese urban students,and the rate of primary school students was higher than secondary school students.Conclusion Dietary and nutritional status is poor among students in Nanjing,especially among the primary school students.It is necessary to enhance the surveillance of students' dietary and nutritional status,and to implement nutrition health education in primary and secondary schools.
