不同产地地骨皮降血糖作用的研究

摘    要:目的:比较不同产地地骨皮对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠降血糖作用的差异。方法:制备四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠模型后,将其分为模型对照组、降糖灵(25mg/kg.d^-1 5.0g/kg.d^-1)治疗组、宁夏地骨皮水煎剂(5.0g/ks.d^-1)治疗组、河北地骨皮水煎剂(5.0g/kg.d^-1)治疗组、甘肃地骨皮水煎剂治疗组(5.0g/kg.d^-1)分别灌服生理盐水、降糖灵水溶液、宁夏地骨皮水煎剂、河北地骨皮水煎剂、甘肃地骨皮水煎剂,14d后测定小鼠空腹血糖。结果:给药后宁夏地骨皮治疗组、河北地骨皮治疗组和甘肃地骨皮治疗组血糖较给药前均有极显著降低(P〈0.01)。给药后宁夏、河北、甘肃3地产地骨皮治疗组与降糖灵治疗组差异不显著,说明3种地骨皮的降血糖作用与降糖灵有同样的效果。河北地骨皮治疗组和甘肃地骨皮治疗组的显著性高于宁夏地骨皮治疗组,说明不同产地的地骨皮水煎剂降血糖作用有差异,其中河北地骨皮效果最显著,其次是甘肃地骨皮,宁夏地骨皮降血糖作用相对较低。结论:三产地的地骨皮对实验性糖尿病小鼠均具有显著的降血糖作用,但存在差异。

Abstract:Object: Comparing the effets of Cortex Lyeii' s derived from different habitas on reducing mice' s blood sugar. Methods: alloxandiabetes mice models were prepared and such mice were randomly divided into 5 groups and fed with different drugs: control (fed with saline); phenformin (25mg/kg. d^-1 ) ; Cortex lycii of Ningxia (5.0g/kg. d^-1 ) ; Cortex lycii of Hebei (5.0g/kg. d^-l) and Cortex lycii of Gansu (5.0g/kg.d^-1) .The mice' s blood-fasting sugar level were measured 14d later after. Results: The blood sugar levels in Cortex lycii of Ningxia, Hebei and Gansu groups were reduced significantly compared to pretreatments and controls (P 〈 0.01) .There were no significant difference among phenformin treatment and the three Cortex lycii treatment groups, which proved that the Cortex Lycii in Ningxia, Hebei and Gansu all can reduce blood sugar levels. The reducing efficiency in Hebei and Gansu groups were higher than in Ningxia group, which showed that Cortex lycii reduced mice sera sugar had a habitat dependent pattern. Of then followed Gansu group. Cortex lycii of Ningxia treatment had the lowest effects in decreasing the sugar level.conclusion: the Cortex Lycii' s decreasing mice blood sugar efficiency was habitat dependent.
