| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨社区综合性干预对原发性高血压患者的知识、态度、行为(KAP)及血压控制的作用.方法 选择武汉市东西湖区常青花园社区卫生服务中心慢性病重点人群管理册中的原发性高血压患者402例,随机分为干预组206例和对照组196例,干预组给予综合性干预,对照组仅给予一般健康干预措施.在干预前后进行调查,对干预过程和结果进行评价.结果 对照组干预后KAP得分仅认知水平K发生明显的变化,较干预前差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预前后收缩压和舒张压比较差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).干预组干预后,KAP得分分别由干预前的(13.45±5.46)分、(18.11±2.82)分、(21.84±3.70)分提高到干预后的(21.00±3.46)分、(25.09±2.18)分、(26.25±2.60)分,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预组干预前的平均收缩压为(156.60±13.40)mm Hg、舒张压为(97.29±10.21)mm Hg,干预后平均收缩压为(135.16±9.84)mm Hg,舒张压为(84.36±8.14)mm Hg,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 综合性干预是社区原发性高血压防治的重要措施和有效途径.
