中国城市2～5岁儿童睡眠障碍影响因素分析

目的了解我国2～5岁城市儿童睡眠障碍状况及其影响因素，为制定有效干预措施提供科学依据。方法分层随机抽取我国12个省市7282名2～5岁儿童作为研究对象。采用统一问卷对受试儿童家长进行现场调查。应用SAS统计软件进行分析。结果中国城市2～5岁儿童睡眠障碍总患病率为19．75％；睡眠障碍的分布存在性别差异，女童梦游、夜惊患病率高，男童则磨牙、用口呼吸患病率高；儿童睡眠障碍是遗传、疾病、围产因素及儿童性格、睡眠习惯、家庭环境和教养方式等多因素综合作用的结果。结论加强睡眠健康教育。开展社区儿童睡眠行为筛查。从多方位为儿童营造良好睡眠条件，是预防儿童睡眠障碍的有效措施。

Analysis on factors of sleep disorder among urban children aged 2 to 5 years

Objective To know the main influences on sleep disorder among urban Chinese children aged 2 to 5 years.Methods 7 282 children aged 2 to 5 years were selected by stratified sampling from twelve software.Results The total icidence of sleep disorder at 2 to 5 years old was 19.75%,and gender difference existed for its distribution.There were relative high rates in omnambulate and night terror for gilrls while molar and breathing with mouth for boys.Sleep disorders for children were ascrided to collective effects from multifold influences such as heredity,diseases,perinatal factors,children character,sleep-associated habits,family enviornment,parents' breeding mode and so on.Conclusion Enhancing sleep health education and carying out community screening of sleep problems to construct a good enviornment is effective in preventing sleep disorders.
