益肾宝治疗慢性肾炎100例

慢性肾炎１００例（男性５４例，女性４６例；年龄３６±ｓ１２ａ）其中普通型５０例、肾病型２７例及高血压型２３例；病程３．２±１．６ａ。采用益肾宝胶囊４粒，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ×３０ｄ治疗。结果：临床症状及周身水肿等均有显著好转。普通型及肾病型２４ｈ尿蛋白（包括系列微量蛋白）均显著降低，血清血红蛋白、白蛋白均显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０５或０．０１）。肌酐清除率的升高及血清肌酐的降低仅普通型有显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０１或０．０５）。而高血压型疗效不显著。总有效率普通型、肾病型及高血压型依次为９０％，８２％及７０％。益肾宝无明显毒副作用。

Yi-shen-bao in treating chronic nephritis in 100 patients

One hundred chronic nephritis patients(M54, F46;age 36±s 12 a,common type n=50, nephrotic type n=27, hypertensive type n=23) were treated with Yi-shen-bao 4cap, po, tid, ×30 d.Results showed that all the clinical symptoms and general edema were significantly improved. For common type and nephrotic type, the quantitation of proteinuria in 24 h was significantly decreased(P<0.01),the level of hemoglobulin and serum albumin were all significantly increased(P<0.05).The urinary series microproteins (including Alb, IgG,Tf)were significantly decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01). For common type,the clearance of creatinine was elevated and the value of serum creatinine was decreased, both of them had significant statistic diffference(P<0.01). In the hypertensive type all the laboratorv tests mentioned above had no statistic difference(P>0.05). The total effective rates of common type, nephrotic type and hypertensive type were 90%, 82% and 70%,respectively. Yi-shen-bao had no marked adverse reaction.
