跟骨术后应用负压引流预防切口并发症的疗效观察

目的探讨跟骨骨折术后应用负压封闭引流预防术后切口并发症的效果。方法根据条件选取75例患者，将患者分为负压引流组和对照组，其中负压引流组37例38足，对照组38例41足，负压引流组患者应用负压封闭引流术处理术后切口，对照组患者的手术切口应用常规处理。结果负压引流组中有1例出现切口裂开，对照组中出现8例切口裂开，6例感染，统计学显示两组处理结果存在差异。结论跟骨骨折术后切口应用负压封闭引流，切口术后并发症发生的概率有显著下降。

The Research of Clinical Effect in Using Vacuum Sealing Drainage to Prevent Incision Complications after the Surgery of Calcaneal Fractures

Objective To investigate vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） to prevent incision complications after the surgery of calcaneal fractures. Methods 75 patients were selected for the research,37 of whom were randomized to receive vacuum sealing drainage ,the others were received standard postoperative care after open reduction and internal fixation of their fracture. Results The VSD group developed 1 incision dehiscence and the control group had 8 inci- sion dehiscence and 6 infections. There were notable difference between the results of two groups. Conclusion There is an obvious decreased incidence of incision complications when patients have VSD applied to their surgical incisions after the surgery of calcaneal fractures.
