西罗莫司与紫杉醇洗脱支架置入后支架内血管再狭窄发生率的比较

Comparison of occurrence rate of stent restenosis following sirolimus-eluting and paclitaxel-eluting stent implantation

Percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) is a key means in treating coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, however, the main problem of which is restenosis following stent implantation. Stents carrying sirolimus and paclitaxel are the main drug-eluting stents, which can dramatically decrease the occurrence rate of restenosis. Especially sirolimus-eluting stents, which had superior characteristics to paclitaxel-eluting stents in preventing coronary restenosis, and decreasing of target lesion revascularization. With development of research, there will be satisfactory answers to restenosis following stent implantation.
