| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中西医结合治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征的疗效。方法将42例未破卵泡黄素化综合征患者分A、B两组，A组21例，月经干净第3d予补肾活血中药配合B超监测卵泡直径≥18mm用HCG5000u肌注诱发排卵；B组21例在B超监测卵泡直径≥18mm单用HCG5000u肌注诱发排卵。结果A组妊娠率达57．1％；B组妊娠率达23．8％，两组对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论补肾活血中药配合HCG促排卵治疗不孕症效果显著。
