| 摘 要： | 目的 了解高校学报编辑防御方式及其与心理健康的关系。方法采用防御方式问卷（DSQ）和症状自评量表（SCL-90）对217名高校学报编辑进行了测查。结果高校学报编辑防御方式与心理健康有关，与不成熟防御方式相关程度最高；健康组与症状组在不成熟和成熟防御机制的选择上存在极为显著的差异，健康组动用成熟防御机制倾向比症状组明显；高校学报编辑在总体上表现出动用成熟防御机制和部分中间型防御机制较明显。结论高校学报编辑防御方式有成熟的一面，也有不成熟的一面，应加强引导，帮助其建立成熟的防御系统，促进编辑的心理成熟程度。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate correlation between defense style and mental health in journal editor of Chinese universities. Method Two hundred and seven editors were examined by using SCL-90 and DSQ. Results Defense style of editors had significant correlation with most factor scores and total score of SCL-90. The group of mental difficulties was different significantly from the others in immature defence style and mature defence style. Conclusion It is necessary to help editors develop mature defence style to improve the mental health of editors. |
