VEGF-C和D2-40在结直肠癌组织中的表达及意义

目的:观察血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)和D2-40在结直肠癌中的表达,探讨淋巴管生成与淋巴道转移和临床病理特征的关系.方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测70例结直肠癌及20例正常结直肠组织中VEGF-C和D2-40的表达.结果:结直肠癌中VEGF-C表达率显著高于正常组织(P＜0.05).VEGF-C表达与患者淋巴结转移相关(P＜0.05).结直肠癌瘤周淋巴管密度(LDV-pt)显著高于瘤内淋巴管密度(LDV-it)和正常组织淋巴管密度(P＜0.05).瘤周淋巴管密度与VEGF-C表达和淋巴结转移密切相关(P＜0.05),而瘤内淋巴管密度与VEGF-C表达和淋巴结转移无关(P＞0.05).结论:VEGF-C可能在结直肠癌淋巴道转移过程中充当重要角色,结直肠癌瘤周淋巴管密度和VEGF-C表达水平可作为预测预后的有用指标.

Expression and significance of VEGF-C and D2-40 in colorectal carcinoma

Objiective:To investigate the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C)and D2-40 in colorectal carcinoma,and to explore the relationships between lymphangiogenesis with lymphatic metastasis and the clinicopathological characteristics of colorectal carcinoma.Methods:Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to examine the expressions of VEGF-C and D2-40 in 70 colorectal carcinoma tissue specimens and 20 normal tissue specimens.Results:Peritumoral lymphatic vessels density (LDV-pt) was significantly higher than intratumoral lymphatic vessels density (LDV-it) in colorectal carcinoma tissue and normal tissue(P＜0.05).The positive expression of VEGF-C in colorectal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal tissues (P＜0.05).LDV-pt in colorectal carcinoma tissue was closely corrected with expression of VEGF-C and lymph node metastasis.But LDV-it was not associated with expression of VEGF-C and lymph node metastasis.Conclusion:VEGF-C might play an important role in the process of lymphatic metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.LDV-pt and expression of VEGF-C might be good prognostic markers for the colorectal patients.
