Kappa-硒化卡拉胶对老年大鼠心、肝、肾、血清脂质过氧化水平的影响

摘    要:本文通过给予老年大鼠72mg/kg和12mg/kg两种剂量Kappa-硒化卡拉胶(k-SeC)灌胃四个月以观察其对老年大鼠心、肝、肾及血清脂质过氧化产物MDA含量的影响及心、肝、肾的病理改变。结果发现72mg/kg k-SeC组的大鼠心、肝、肾及血清脂质过氧化产物除雄性的肝脏和雌性的肾脏外均有不同程度的增高,但无统计学意义。12mg/kg k-SeC组的老年大鼠其心脏MDA含量明显高于对照组而肝、肾及血清均明显低于对照组,且除雄性肝脏外均有统计意义。病理切片表明各实验鼠脏器均有不同程度的充血、浊肿和空泡样变性,且以高剂量组为明显;苏丹黑染色胞浆颗粒以72mg/kg组稍多。上述结果表明大剂量k-SeC可能会对机体产生毒性作用,而小剂量k-SeC除心脏外能降低脂质过氧化。

Abstract:In the prcnscnt study, we use two different dosage (72mg/kg and 12mg/kg) of Kappa-seleno-carrageenan(k-SeC) ig aged SD rats for 4 months, then measured the malondialdehyde (MDA) con- centrations of the heart, liver, kidney and serum and detected the pathological changes of heart, liver and kindey. In the 72mg/kg K-SeC groups rats, except the male liver and the female kidney, MDA concentrations of hearts, liver, kidney and serum increased slightly but insignificantly. In the 12mg/ kg K-SeC groups, MDA concentrations of hearts elevated significantly while other experimental organs and serum decreased significantly excluding the female livers. The pathological changes of all groups had more or less congestion, cloudy swelling, vacuolar degeneration. Sudan black staining found more granules in the 72mg/kg K-SeC groups. Our results indicated that large dosages of K-SeC may cause toxic effect while the small dosages of K-SeC can decrease the lipid peroxidation of some organs but increase the hearts MDA concentration.
