阿魏酸钠对冠心病心绞痛病人内皮素、一氧化氮的影响

目的:观察阿魏酸钠注射液对冠心病心绞痛病人血浆内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)的影响及其疗效、安全性。方法:将96例冠心病心绞痛病人随机分为治疗组(64例),对照组32例,治疗组给予阿魏酸钠0.3g静点,1次/d,对照组给予复方丹参20mL静点,1次/d,共用2周,1个疗程,观察两组疗效、主要症状、心电图及血浆ET、NO的情况。结果:治疗后治疗组疗效及心电图改善优于对照组(P<0.05),血浆ET、NO较对照组分别明显下降(P<0.05)、上升(P<0.05)。结论:阿魏酸钠可明显使冠心病心绞痛病人血浆ET下降,NO上升,确有降低ET释放、增加体内NO含量、扩张血管改善心肌缺氧缺血作用,且安全有效,是治疗冠心病心绞痛病人的一种途径。

Effects of Naruii Ferulas Injection on Endothelin and Nitric Oxide in Patients with Angina Pectoris

Objective:To investigate the effect of naruii ferulas injection on endothelin(ET) and nitric oxide (NO)in patient with angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods: 96 cases of angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatmant group was treated with Naruii ferulas injection and the control group was treated with composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection.A therapeutic course lasted for 2 weeks.Results: In treatment group,the total effective rate and electrocardiogram improvement rate were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover,decrease of endothelin level and raise of nitric oxide activity were more remarkable in treatment group than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Natrii ferulas is an effective and safe drug for angina pectoris.It is endowed with abilities to decrease endothelin level,enhance nitric oxide activity,dilate blood vessels and myocardial blood supply.
